Requirements to consider
A future discovery process could establish the proposed network's purpose and participants, operating context, energy-data sources, marketplace needs, policies, privacy and security boundaries, and the people responsible for review and approval. These are topics to assess, not currently supported product settings.
Illustrative approval lifecycle
- Describe: document the intended use, participants, and requirements.
- Review: assess feasibility, risks, data handling, and proposed policies with the relevant human decision-makers.
- Decide: record an explicit approval, request changes, or decline the concept.
- Plan only if approved: define any subsequent scope and delivery separately; approval is not a deployment commitment.
