Mission

Advance global basic income by converting value into an energy-based unit of account — the Solar Standard — and guaranteeing every human one (1) Solar per day. The Foundation is neutral, charitable, and independent from operators. The PBC and other vendors provide network services; the Foundation safeguards issuance.

Foundation mints the baseline subsidy via the Solar Generator.

Donations stock goods/services so daily Solar has real spending power inside sanctioned networks.

4) Operations
Automated micro-fees inside transactions fund ordinary network expenses. No special carve‑outs.
