The Solar Declaration
We, the founders and members of The Current-See, declare that the Sun's energy is the rightful inheritance of all people on Earth. With this declaration, we establish a new economic system based on the fundamental truth that the Sun's daily energy input to our planet represents a renewable, sustainable, and abundant resource that belongs to all humanity.
We hold these principles to be self-evident:
1. Solar Energy as a Universal Right: The Sun's energy is not owned by any nation, corporation, or individual. It is a universal resource that should benefit all people equally.
2. Equal Solar Distributions: Every person on Earth is entitled to an equal share of the monetized value of the Sun's daily energy input to our planet.
3. Scientific Measurement: Solar distributions shall be based on rigorous scientific measurements of solar energy reaching Earth, initially calculated as 1% of the total daily input converted to kilowatt-hours.
4. Daily Renewal: Solar distributions shall occur daily, reflecting the continuous nature of solar energy input to our planet.
5. Transparent Accounting: All Solar accounts shall be maintained in a transparent, verifiable manner to ensure trust and accountability.
6. Environmental Alignment: The solar-backed economic system shall fundamentally align human economic activity with environmental sustainability.
7. Economic Inclusion: The solar-backed economic system shall provide basic economic participation to all people, regardless of nationality, gender, race, or socioeconomic status.
8. Technological Implementation: We will utilize appropriate technologies to ensure efficient, secure, and accessible distribution of Solar currency to all participants.
9. Global Scale: While beginning as a prototype, the solar economic system is designed to scale to include all people on Earth.
10. Peaceful Transition: The implementation of this system shall occur through peaceful, voluntary participation and gradual adoption, respecting existing economic structures while offering a transformative alternative.

Official Certification
The Current-See PBC, Inc. hereby certifies that the Solar Clock was officially activated at 00:00 GMT on April 7, 2025, marking the beginning of solar value generation and recording.
By activating the Solar Clock, we declared the right to tokenize 1% of Earth's daily solar input—equivalent to 1.74 petawatts—as a publicly recorded, freely distributable energy-denominated asset, known as the Solar.
This certification marks the moment of origination—the first official recording of value derived from a natural, measurable planetary resource. The Solar is not extracted—it is recognized, quantified, and allocated. It is value without depletion.
